Jami
Our first gite is called Jami, the main bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a double bed. The second bedroom has twin beds and wardrobe with a chest of drawers.
The kitchen has a family sized fridge, gas hob, microwave, toaster and separate electric oven. There are ample cupboards for storing food and all plates and cutlery are provided. An iron and ironing board are also available.
Spacious sitting/dining room equipped with dining table with 6 chairs, two cane swivel chairs, comfort lighting and occasional tables. There is a very comfortable bed settee in the sitting room for additional sleeping requirements.
There is a wood burning stove and portable gas heater for winter letting. The gîte is suitable for children with a large selection of both board games and outdoor games available. A television with video player or DVD is installed and a large selection of videos are available for your children's use.
Access to the internet is available via a WiFi link.
There is a 10 by 5 metre heated swimming pool with terrace and furniture including umbrellas, tables and loungers for those really long hot summer days. Towels are provided for the pool. The swimming pool is fenced and has a childproof lock on the gate, with banking and scented flower borders on the three sides. It is also equipped with a pool alarm system. The pool is cleaned daily and is covered at night. The pool will be shared with other guests. A covered gazebo is available for getting out of the sun. A gas barbecue is provided for your use.
We kindly ask our guests not to smoke in the gîte.
We do not accept any animals.
Nonnie
Our second gite Nonnie, is part of a carefully and lovingly restored barn where the natural stone walls have been exposed and original features maintained.
The accommodation has been sympathetically converted and there is a large living area of (85 m2) with 2 large doors guaranteeing plenty of light. In the main sitting area with traditional ceiling and exposed beams there is a comfortable sofa, and two chairs together with an occasional table.
There is a Hifi, Satellite TV, DVD and video, a selection of books, games for the children and a variety of children’s videos which are available on request.
In the spacious dining area there is a table with 6 chairs.
The brand new stylish, fitted and fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of cupboard space plus the creature comforts of a dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster and microwave. A full range of utensils and pans are also provided.
Through the door from the kitchen area, there is a large covered terrace set with table and chairs for al fresco eating.
The 2 spacious bedrooms with exposed brick walls, one bedroom with a double and one bedroom with 2 single beds, are light and airy and the family sized bathroom with bath and shower complete this beautiful holiday retreat.
Access to the internet is available via a WiFi link. All bedding is provided including towels for the gîte and the swimming pool. We kindly ask our guests not to smoke in the gite.
