The main bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a double bed. The second bedroom has twin beds and wardrobe with a chest of drawers.
The kitchen has a fridge, gas hob, microwave, toaster and separate electric oven. There are ample cupboards for storing food and all plates and cutlery are provided. An iron and ironing board are provided.
Spacious sitting/dining room equipped with dining table with 6 chairs, two cane swivel chairs, comfort lighting and occasional tables. There is a very comfortable bed settee in the sitting room for additional sleeping requirements.
There is a wood burning stove and portable gas heater for winter letting. The gîte is suitable for children with a large selection of both board games and outdoor games available. A television with video player is installed and a large selection of videos is available for your children's use.
Access to the internet is available via a WiFi link.
There is a 10 by 5 metre heated swimming pool with terrace and furniture including umbrellas, tables and loungers for those really long hot summer days. Towels are provided for the pool. The swimming pool is fenced on one side and has a childproof lock on the gate, with banking and scented flower borders on the other three. It is also equipped with a pool alarm system. The pool does not contain chlorine but uses the latest sterilisation system that is free of harmful skin and eye irritants. The pool is cleaned daily and is covered at night. The pool will be shared with other guests. A covered gazebo is available for getting out of the sun. A gas barbecue is provided for your use.
