The nearby Base ULM offers flights over the local countryside for 20 or up to 1 hour in their microlight planes. For the more adventurous you can try a paramoteur flight with Hugues.

The village of Montpezat is 1km from your accommodation. Granges sur Lot is also 1km in the opposite direction. The major town of Villeneuve sur Lot is 23km away. Many of the Bastide towns are a short drive away and we are right in the heart of the wine growing region with many caves and chateau to visit.
We can provide maps and details of local attractions to visit while you are staying in the area. There are lots of good quality restaurants which range from local cafes to Michelin starred quality eating. For those that are more adventurous a trip to the principality of Andorra is 3 hours away and offers snow boarding in Winter and tax free shopping all year round.
The local produce is grown organically and is always fresh and tasty. There are local markets on most days of the week to wander around and pick up the local produce. The region is best known for their prune production and Foie Gras. There are also vignerons to visit in the area as well as the caves that offer great value for money when buying local wines.
The local French people are very freindly and are always willing to help if your French is not very good, there is usually someone in the shop that speaks some English.
